The food obviously is phenomenal, but they need to start upping their game with customer service. A girl in there with glasses on is just a rude little thing. seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Doesn’t care about mobile or DoorDash orders. I legit was standing there for 30 minutes for a mobile order. I told her my name and she just walked away people that came in after me to order and to pick up we’re getting their orders my pick up time was 735. I got there at 7:28. Totally confuses me on why everyone was getting their food after my order weird. Might as well should have ordered in-store if I had to wait like that.

June 26th ‘23 Worst service ever. Weird vibes and bad energy. Stood right in front of the cashier as she spoke bad about the previous customer as if us other customers weren’t there. Small portions super long wait. Witnessed the manager do nothing about a customer relentlessly screaming in an employee’s face. Never been happier to exit a restaurant with less than what I paid for.

Went in there on 07/25/23 to get my kids some dinner. I got them the fried rice bowl with orange chicken and a side of teriyaki chicken. The food was disgusting. The employees were disrespectful and rude. They were talking about us while we were walking out the door and laughing like something was funny. Not sure what they were saying. I should have turned around and cussed them out. That location is disgusting and to top it off I asked the girl because they had food left so and they were giving me trouble about giving me a side of teriyaki that I wanted to pay for. I asked her I said you’re about to throw the stuff away right? Your closing in the girl stated no, we don’t throw this away. We save it for the next day if that ain’t the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard, no one pays to come in there to eat food from the day before the night before. Like that’s so disgusting and such a health hazard. Something needs to be done with that Panda Express I would not recommend this place to my dogs So if I was y’all I would stay clear of this place. It’s not worth the money they charge and the disrespect and unprofessionalism….

You guys have to start filling up the boxes. Look at the picture. There’s an inch of empty space at the top of the box where food should be. You can’t give customers boxes that aren’t full and ask us to donate to the hospital.

I just ordered beef/broccoli thru Uber eats and only received 2 small pieces s of beef in a 2 entree plate. I called the store she stated it’s not of a vegetable dish and it’s broccoli and beef. Now tell me how I’m suppose to that it’s next to no meat and mostly broccoli

1st off. Let me start off by saying if you didn’t order online. Then the employees do not care about fixing your food. I stood there in line for at least 20 minutes. Why she fixed online orders? And then ask me what I wanted then stood there for another 15 minutes and waited on chicken teriyaki after she fixed all the online orders and use all the. The chicken teriyaki. The manager was present she was walking out the door seeing that it was A-line all the way to the door and continue to leave it was 3 workers on. Break eating fixing their food while was a long line. If the food wasn’t good I wouldn’t come to this Panda Express ever again.
