Fried rice was spoiled, the manager replaced it with white rice. The walnut shrimp was spoiled, it was like eating mashed potatoes. I’ve never been to a panda express this bad. Kept the receipt in case we end up food poisoned. Even though we arrived at 8pm, it is not an excuse to serve food that is spoiled. 1 star for service because the staff didn’t seem to care, they weren’t even surprised.

This panda is the best! I visited pretty much all the other Panda Expresses in the city and this one has the best service and food by far. I ordered online and went inside to pick it up. Kathy was amazing! She made sure everything was fresh and correct and her customer service is top-notch. Thanks!
