They really skimped out on the meat. $8.17 for this joke of a bowl. I’ve had free samples at Trader Joe’s bigger than this. Tried talking to manager but the best they could do was offer a discount for a new bowl. Major disappointment…

We weren’t able to understand a thing the guy was saying at the drive through. He talked 90 miles a minute and mumbled. IDK. The girl at the window wasn’t rude, she just barely acknowledged our presence. We ordered a teriyaki chicken rice bowl and a honey walnut shrimp rice bowl. They don’t put the teriyaki sauce on the chicken and guess what, yep no packs of teriyaki sauce or soy sauce. Bland, bland and bland.

Just bought the angus steak double with lomein and when I got home and started eating there was only one or two tiny pieces of beef, and everything else was vegetables, same thing with the lomein, all was vegetables so I paid for vegetables!

Service was quick and easy but the food was awful. I can easily throw some, eat a plate and finish the rest of my girlfriend’s plate but I couldn’t even eat it. Took 3 bites of the teriyaki chicken (no sauce) and it tasted like absolutely nothing. String bean chicken and it was disgusting. Tasted abysmal, it had more flavor than the teriyaki but the flavor was terrible and coated the inside of my mouth with the taste and weird gelatinous texture. The white rice was clumpy and hard in some places. You get a lot of food for the price but the quality and taste has really gone down hill since my last Panda Express venture.

Arrived at 10:29am knowing they open at 10:30. Finally, at 10:35, a young woman comes outside and asks what I was there for. I told her I wanted to grab some lunch. Her response, “we just got here, there is no food cooked yet so it will be 15-20 minutes for food. He can make what you want in the first few things but it will be 15-20 minutes for anything you’d order”. Seriously?!? Just, wow! What kind of buffet style restaurant has zero food available at opening time!!! Seriously poorly ran establishment! Definitely not ever going back as the last couple times I stopped there previous to today, later in the day, they were out of the majority of options and what was left was dried out. It wasn’t even very busy. I chalked It up to “to go orders” trying gto give them the benefit of the doubt. Now it is obvious that it is just poorly ran. They’ve lost this customer permanently!

I came Friday 4/14 and had the worst service and food ever since coming here. I ordered two plates with beef and broccoli with grilled teriyaki chicken with fried rice. The broccoli was not steamed, and chicken was nasty, yuck not fresh. I visited this place every other week and first time coming during lunch. The young man in drive thru was talking fast and over talking the customer. Won’t be visiting anytime soon. Would give a zero if I could.
