I went through the drive through to order lunch for my family of 3 adults. I placed my order. Everything I ordered came up on the screen. When I got to the window. I got 1 drink. 1 plate and a tiny box. The lady gave me my order. Gave me my change. Inside the bag was one box with 3 very small servings. The screen I ordered from had a very different picture. The cashier had walked away so I tooted my horn as this was not going to feed my family. Someone else came to the window and i told her this was not what I ordered. The other lady came back and started yelling at me that was everything I ordered. I said it is all on one plate. She would not even listen to what I wanted. I fully intended to pay more. She had not been trained in customer service as most fast food places now days. I finally gave up and told her I would NEVER be back. Folks don’t waste your time or money here. Next year that Chinese restaurant will be something else!

Went for dinner on a Sunday afternoon, and asked what was fresh and so I got the orange chicken and kung pao with chow mein. I have been to several locations all over and whoever was coming did a great job. Both entrees were crispy, hot and well cooked. The noodles could have been better, I’ve had better at other locations, but it has been a while and it’s a bit of a drive for me. Line was also quick I was through it in 5 minutes.

I stopped in to grab a quick to-go order with my boyfriend. The restaurant was very crowded and was out of the main dish he wanted. We were going to try another place but an employee named Cheyenne was quick to respond to us, gave straight forward answers on the expected waiting time, and offered to process our order and let us know when the food was ready. She was extremely polite, professional and won us over by orchestrating our our questions and options, all with a smile. In the end, we had a fantastic dinner and wanted to give thanks to Cheyenne for taking the time to ensure we were happy customers.

Was in Crestview FL over the weekend and ate twice there. Very good food and employees. The dining room was super clean both times. Food was great and got plenty. What impressed me the most was the discount for our men and women serving our country. Wish more places would do this.

The only issue with our dining experience was having to wait in line for someone to help us. With that being said, they were extremely busy with other orders, either drive thru or to go orders. The food was very good and the female staff that helped us was very friendly. They could use some more staff!

We ordered 4 meals. 3 were correct. The staff had difficulty understanding English. The orange chicken was fine. The teriyaki chicken was fatty and mostly dark meat. The chow mein noodles were either so overcooked the liquid was cooked out or so undercooked they weren’t soft. Either way, not palatable. I gave them 2 stars because the staff was working hard. Food was one star or less!

Very nice staff, although had to weight for food to be cooked it’s always great. Chow Mein was dry and blackened chicken was very salty . Most upsetting my fortune cookie had nothing in it!

Food was great. Had to wait for an item to be cooked. When that item was ready , they ran out the other choice I wanted so I had to wait again for that one. No apologies made. Finally got my food and my hubby’s after about 20 minutes. But it was hot.
