The food is good but the service is terrible! This is the second order in a row that they short my order! I ordered via the app and it’s a mission to contact them. The knot it so tight on the bag, you have to tear the bag to check the order, Very frustrating. The food is good but it’s not worth the poor service, a real shame!

This place needs better management! The food may be fresh, but the customer service is poor! The place was dirty, and the workers where chit-chatting like they were in their backyard using vulgar language in Spanish. The server ce had an attitude and spilled boys and pieces of food all over the counter without cleaning it. The manager was more interested on finding out about “chisme” gossip, than overseeing what the employees were doing and attending customer’s needs.

My experience today 08/13 was horrible, I visited the Panda Express located at 13440 SW 120th St, Miami, FL 33186. I had to limit myself by choosing between 3 of the 8 entrees that appear on the menu because they were out of stock and said by the staff, they were not going to cook anymore. The ice machine in the dispenser seems to have some damage and I accept that they warned me, but they did not tell me that the soft drink came out hot when it was taken from the dispenser. One star is too much to evaluate the degree of indignation with which I ate the food in said establishment, yes, because I didn’t leave, I was there for about an hour observing the service, which by the way, the only thing that made me happy was that in the bill did not make me choose tips.

The food is fine, but I feel like they skimp on the portions. The worst part Is the service. The workers a bad attitude every time I go. No smiling, thank you’s, your welcome, etc. They just seem miserable. I’m sure the conditions aren’t that great but it does put a damper on the experience and just makes me not want to come back. 🙁

Reliable American-Chinese food at great prices. Fast service for take out, especially if you use the mobile app to order ahead. I’ve had a few issues in the past with their orange chicken not being very tasty or fresh tasting and once with a missing entree from a mobile order, but I do go here pretty often. I love their cream cheese rangoon, spring rolls, fried rice, super greens, and teriyaki chicken.

We love Panda Express, but we have never experienced such bad service. All 4 employees were busy preparing several large orders for delivery. No one even appeared to be serving us or other customers. We’ve really never experienced anything like this. After waiting 5 minutes we went to eat very well in the Thai restaurant next door. Too bad Panda Express!
