Horrible service the female who made my order (wearing all black) was to busy on her personal phone that she screwed up my order and then I had to return the purchase. When I came back to return the purchase I confronted her about the issue and she said she wasn’t the member that made my order. Will be the last time at this Particular location will travel north by Motorola for future purchases.

Food is fresh and ok. In the middle of Westfield food court. The manager is very professional and friendly. Workers are fast. However, some rude guests are on the line sometime. They take time too long and make me feel bad here. Except this it is a good place to stop by. Orange chicken and some shrimp dishes are recommendable.

I went to Panda Express yesterday craving Chinese food. They had a new item on the menu Almond chicken. I usually get the Honey Walnut Shrimp and another entree item. I was curious about how the Almond chicken tasted and asked for a sample. The lady behind the counter said ” We don’t give samples”. I asked well if I order the Almond chicken and don’t like it will you replace it with a different entree item? “No we don’t give sample’s” was the answer I received. I have gone into Panda Express at least 100 times in my life and never had a problem when I asked for a sample. I am not a serial sample offender you know the guy that ask for samples of everything lol. I only asked because it was a new item. I am done with Panda Express.

I love Panda Express, and this location is good! Located inside the Broward Mall, this location is just what you need. I come here for the Chowmein. I visited 3 times recently and all 3 times I was happy. The food was hot and fresh and the employees were nice. Stop by and get yourself a Panda Bowl and see how good it is. The quality is what makes it great. For a “fast food” Chinese place, they serve quality that is better than you’d think.

The food was nicely prepped And looked so good. I was shocked when I saw a roaches crawling in the food this really bothered me. I have eaten here many times and the thought of me eating something that roaches may have crawled on makes me nauseous every time I think about it. The young lady tried her best to remove the food the roaches was crawling in when I screamed OMG there are roaches in the food. I am sorry but as much as I like the food here I could never ever eat here again. I posted this on FB because this is something I take very seriously. I wish it could be zero stars so disappointed.
