I went here today. I ordered online, The young lady at the counter was not pleasant at all. I got home with my orders. The food on my plate is little to none. It’s unexplainable. The disgust I felt looking at this, the food was cold. I called and asked to speak with the manager. The person said there was no one available. I’m posting a photo of my plates. This is the worst place possible. Full on robbery. I pay for a full plate of food. That’s what I should get. Not little to no food on my plates.

Never again. We were big Panda fans. Spent hundreds every month. We stopped going about a year ago after my husband was racially profiled at this location. We decided to go back tonight. What a mistake.

We had a good experience there but the employee named Anthony who worked the register, was a sweet guy! He said everything so clearly and confident. Usually when going to other places, they wouldn’t really show a smile or be charismatic as he was, we really appreciate that after a rough day. Hope he keeps up the great work!

When we went it wasn’t super busy! The only suggestion is when you ask what we want you listen and not keep asking and giving us the wrong items. Bowl is not a platter. I get the mask are a pain but listening helps a lot. The place is semi-clean. The staff aren’t overly friendly except for the one checking you out he seemed the nicest outta everyone here. The food is always the same Panda!

My family and I use to love going to Panda Express when service and the food was amazing, however, this time the service was terrible. We could do less with poor attitude when being served, not to mention the sloppy portions. We’re not inhuman.

Chow mein was cold and rubbery, you get up charged for the walnut shrimp (although you ONLY get 7 pieces of it) and the orange chicken had a gluey consistency. The service was terrible. Tried to rush me though the line as if they had somewhere to go. The spring rolls were lukewarm, mushy and overall disgusting. I won’t eat here again. I threw half of my food in the trash. Save your money and go to a real Chinese or Thai restaurant.

I’ve been coming here along time and the food is good. The only problem they need more workers to help online to speed it up and some employees getting other customers food confuse while you placing an order and giving to the next person to box and finding out at register thats not your order. Lol ! Also, start putting out fresh orange chicken, when you see it’s almost done don’t give customers the little left over from rush hour. I always have to tell them I wait until the fresh one comes out because it be hard and chewy on the very bottom from the warmer when you except it. Trust me I’ve been there and done that and family pack isn’t cheap. You pay your money worth then you should get fresh food all the time. Otherwise, good place to eat in or take out. Clean environment to bring family or just yourself.

SLASHED TIRE ALERT: Saturday, July 29th 2023… As I drove away from the parking lot near to their back door (only about 3 parking spaces are there next to their back door) My tire was found with a slash in it. Not sure if it is affiliated with an employee or what because I come here many times to the point where they know my truck. I would ideally like for someone to look into the video evidence of who SLASHED my tire. I left and had to immediately drive to the nearest tire store to buy an entirely new tired. The employee at the desk taking my order was extremely rude and kept intentionally calling me by the wrong name despite giving her my name for my online order. This made me feel like the slashed tire COULD be affiliated with this place.

Awful. I literally waited in my car until they were to open. I waited an extra 5 minutes. The girl inside looks at me and waves her hand up and proceeds to keep doing what she is doing. I literally Did not know what she meant by holding her hands up and she shrugs her shoulders and proceeds to go back to what she was doing. I waited another minute to see if she would serve me. I was not served at this restaurant so I left. Another guy was waiting in his car as well. He ended up leaving. Very disappointed and disgusted.
