I been to this location multiple times and have seen them put chairs blocking the drive thru even though they’re open. Yesterday I went there SURPRISE chairs in the drive thru again. I went inside knowing they were open, we overheard the workers complaining that an online order had come through and they ” thought they had shut it off”. Now I could understand if something is wrong with their website or online ordering for the need to shut this off but judging that there’s four male workers inside just hanging out and chairs blocking the drive thru.. it’s pretty obvious what’s happening here.

I requested (twice) beef and broccoli with double beef only. I clarified I did not want double broccoli, just double beef. They said okay and brushed it off. This is what I get..the lady at the window was super nice but im on a regimen and have to have a certain oz of meat…this didn’t even meet half of it. 2.7 oz to be exact. Is a regular portion of beef less than 1.5 oz?? Wild.

Came here right before 9 (they close at 9:30) and the inside was already locked. Went through the drive thru and they only had beef left. There’s still over a half an hour left before closing. This stuff is getting ridiculous, just shut these places down for good if they’re continually going to be giving half way experiences. So frustrating.

The greens weren’t in broth like they’re supposed to be, they were just dry Greens in the pan. It’s good that I can get some food there, but all the vegetarian options have been removed. “They were promotion” I’m really tired of vegetarian meals being a short-term item.

My boys and I are creatures of habit and order the same thing every time we go. So I can attest to 4 meals being consistently delicious. The orange chicken is my youngest son’s favorite. So much so that we have made our own version at home. The teriyaki chicken and the broccoli beef are my oldest sons go to meal. He is the pickiest one of the bunch and never strays from food choices. He loves it! My husband always gets general tso’s chicken with the spicy sauce and peanuts. And I stick to the mushroom chicken for its mild taste. But i have recently switched to vegetable options with their brown rice options.

Order confirmation said to show up at 5:59 which I did, the lady at the checkout window said to pull around to front door for 3 minutes while they finished the batch of shrimp, no biggie. After 15 minutes of sitting there I had to move as the other people waiting in the drive thru parking spots were going to back into me. I parked in one of those spots they left and waited another 15 minutes. A gentlemen brought more food out to other cars, I asked him where my food was and he said he would check. After another 5 minutes I went inside and the person I talked to (who happened to be the manager) was just standing at the counter. Asked him again about my food and it was tied up in a bag behind him. Offered me my cold food that was ready 20 minutes ago which I refused. Said he would refund me on my online order which he didn’t. Called half a dozen times to get it fixed but noone ever answered the phone. Incompetence to the highest order. There’s a ChinaOne in the Publix shopping center near by, go there.

Food came dry and not edible. Didn’t get what I asked for and when I called to speak to the manager he said to order something different next time. Basically spent $70 for 4 drinks because that was the only thing right. Very dissatisfied and will not order from them again. If I could have put no stars I would have.

They literally just sold me plain chicken when I asked for teriyaki chicken. They said the Seminole location makes it, and they’re out when I asked for a side of extra sauce in a cup, not in the packet, they didn’t tell me they were selling me plain flavorless chicken. Terrible customer service to boot. I wasted $15 and had to argue with a child. Don’t sell plain chicken and call it teriyaki.
