It was a shame to arrive at the restaurant to eat and not have rice or chicken, they charged me before giving me the food, then I wanted to cancel I said I couldn’t, a lot of people without food here, the manager laughing at our face still and talking bad about the customers talking quietly to the employees, and laughing.

It is the 3th time we went at Panda Express Winter garden and for the 3th time the food is TERRIBLE!!! We asked for the big plate with double broccoli beef and chow mein and, AGAIN it is awfull!! Brocolli was like a stone and beef was unpleasant, not to mention that two or three small pieces came. The chow mein was look like done other day!! We throught alway EVERYTHING this time!!! For sure, we tried 3 times and always so bad!!! We never go back!!! We enjoy a lot Panda, but THIS LOCATION WINTER GARDEN NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Super stingy now. Not worth the price. Got barely any meat a super small scoop sadly. Haven’t had panda in over a year and sure not happy to see this is what they became. The side small in a bigger bowl is a massive joke seriously don’t spend the money.

I arrived 20+ mins before closing and was told that they were running out of food and to come back another time. Really unfortunate since they close at 9:30 and just got off work and drove 12 mins for Panda. On to another restaurant on a Friday night… Someone else will take my money. Probably heading to Disney springs.

My orders have never been totally correct using the online feature. Sauces, utensils and things requested have been missing, orders were never ready on time. The last time that I ordered the Power Greens, I got a tennis ball sized bottom core of cabbage and a 6″ long hard stalk of kale. Those hard pieces were inedible, and should never have been in the bowl. When ordering online, the “Special Comments” field fails to transfer crucial notes to employees who prepare and pack the orders. My last 4 orders were not totally correct. After my last online order was wrong, I had to go inside to get it fixed, and wait another 20 minutes. I really dislike the upcharge for the Beyond product. The portion is so small as it is. Not going to give this place too many more chances.

I order some food today from this Panda express & I’m a panda lover, but I have to say this was so nasty. The rice was literally the worst I’ve tried in my entire lifetime. Rice was mushy, overcooked & not tasteful. I had to throw it all away & I also ordered broccoli beef & as you can see from the picture below the beef was nowhere to be found & the broccoli looked crazy. Just a terrible and frustrating experience.

I was there to pick up an order for Uber eats. The store was practically empty and there were 8 people working. I waited for over half an hour for the delivery to be finished and ultimately decided to leave because of the ridiculously excessive wait time. I understand that sometimes fast-food chains may be a little slow, but this has happened to me several times and I am absolutely fed up with it – the employees were lethargic and depressing aside from one older woman who came off as abrasive and annoyed that she had to get an order ready. I will not be dining there nor will I accept any more deliveries from there, ever.

How are you always out of everything!? Like every day!? It will be 2 hours or more before close, and you have close to nothing? Either someone is too lazy to cook it, or management doesn’t order enough supply. Employees are unfriendly and will ask you to write good reviews because they know how bad this place is. Seriously consider going to another location that is actually run properly.
