We don’t live near a Panda Express and I brought my child to Panda Express in Tradition as a Friday evening treat. I ordered a single, medium entree of beef broccoli (through the drive thru) this evening only to get home to discover I was served all broccoli with tiny specs of beef. Really, they were specs. All the little specs put together didn’t even add up to half a strip of the beef that normally comes in the beef broccoli entree. They were so small, I couldn’t even use a fork to eat them.

Ordered a plate and a bowl through drive-thru. I live 25 minutes away. When I finally get home to eat I open my box to find they did not put my second entree in the box. Tried to call and did not get an answer. Very displeased.

Food was absolutely terrible. We went drivethru. Food looked old and greasy. It just tasted like oil, was old and stale. Just gross, no flavor at all. Couldn’t eat it. Customer service was bad. Acted like we were just annoying them. By far the worst and now the last Panda Express we will ever go to.

Wow!! The last couple times that I have visited this location was through the drive thru. My son loves panda and I always request the chow mien with the veggies as possible. This location made it happen! The orange chicken was also the best we have had hands down! The staff from the drive thru speaker to the drive thru windows were very friendly and kind. We will definitely continue visiting this location.

First experience at this location. Been to several and by far this is the worst one. The customer service was ok, but the food not so good. The rice had no flavor, the string bean chicken had more onions than chicken. It also look like some excess from the pan was in the chicken. The Angus steak and sesame chicken were ok. I was going to get an egg roll, but all the eggs rolls were EXTRA crispy!

Absolutely horrible food. Grilled chicken was soggy almost convinced it wasn’t real meat. Pale and bland. The rice was bland not fried as I expected.. The egg roll was burnt and the sauce packets are disgusting. The fakest Chinese/Asian/Japanese food I’ve ever had.

Went through the drive-thru here. Ordered Beijing Beef and Honey Sesame Chicken, with a large coke. Girl at the window forgot my drink, then didn’t even give me a straw. Got home and had Orange Chicken instead of Beijing Beef. I checked the receipt and it was rang up correctly, so apparently someone there can’t read. It’s a good thing I like Orange Chicken. There also weren’t any packets of soy sauce and I wasn’t offered any at the window, either.
