I chose this panda for lunch today, a $12 plate that I waited for in the drive-in. I had to take the food back inside and ask for a refund. I had 3 chopped pieces of chicken and a load of vegetables dumped on a styrofoam plate. It was the worst!!!! The manager Jessica was horrible with her attitude. Had to let you guys know and I called corporate. The plac was clean and the atmosphere was nice. I guess I caught them at a bad time of the day so now I’m having a bad day and I’m hungry!!!

The temperature of the food was not hot or seasoned very well. But the customer service was great! They greeted me as I walked into the restaurant and gave me my money’s worth referencing the quantity. But the quality at that time wasn’t good. The restaurant was very clean.

Only 4 stars because I have no idea if it was good or not. I have not had their food. I have nothing to go by because I haven’t ever had their food. I do like the panda. I wonder if the panda has ever had their cuisine! if I could ask, I would but I haven’t met the panda. Like is he somehow involved with the place? Or is he just a hired model? Quite frankly, I’d like to know what the panda’s name is, and where they grew up. You know, day-to-day life. But I digress. I’ve never been to panda express. Horrible. Got there when they opened had to wait 10 minutes to get in. They had almost nothing cooked, said it would be 90 minutes for white rice! They only had 2 entrees made. Service was indifferent and could care less. Never coming here again. Reported store to corporate. Unacceptable.

I’ve been sick so this was something I was looking forward to. Got my favorite orange chicken and just some rice. Simple, right? No, the rice wasn’t even cooked. It was hard and of course was after I got it home that I realized this since I took it to go. This is the second time this month this has happened at this very location. Very disappointing. The orange chicken was good though but come on, can’t cook some rice?

Oh wow, Panda Express in Trussville, the first visit was fantastic, food was fast and tasted good. Location is new so of course it is still clean. I do wish they had more diet soft drink options but it’s the same at all Panda Express locations. So Panda Express is not the typical Asian strip mall, think of it as like the McDonalds of Asian cuisine.

I love panda express for many reasons. Delicious food, nice employees, and flavor! Orange chicken with chow mein is definitely my husband’s favorite! I love the string bean chicken, honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken, and my all time favorite, the grilled teriyaki!! I always get rice. The fried is okay. I usually get the white and use teriyaki sauce. But the white rice is occasionally dry. However, the sauce , plus the flavor of everything, and the kind workers make it a wonderful experience. I had lots of sweet ladies helping me make my husband’s birthday a great day! I’m bad with names, but Liv was one of the kind people. Highly recommend coming here. Absolutely delicious
