I use to enjoy going to this place for a quick lunch. Since moving I rarely go but was in town and took the opportunity. The interaction wasn’t bad but I don’t see how two printed tickets with my requests not get fulfilled. The food quality definitely could have been better it was not how I remembered.

I eat at this location regularly. It all starts off with the service. Usually they are understaffed but not all the time. That’s just one of the quirks of the location being close to the University. They do the best they can and I appreciate the effort they put forth. I’ve only been there once when the food wasn’t being restocked properly on the line and other customers like myself were not pleased but were understanding with patience. The food is always good, the staff are always courteous and over all they keep the entire store clean. 4 stars only because management should be aware that the location can bring herds of people in at any given time and that it can be overwhelming to staff. Overall 4 stars for Chinese fast food that is delicious.

I was on an hour break and decided on Panda Express for food. I was excited to see I was second in line. I waited in line for 7 minutes, then had to pull forward to wait on my food for another 15 to 2o minutes. I had no choice but to wait because driving anywhere else would have been a waste.

It’s sad how the up charge for the sizzling shrimp is crazy . They are to tiny to pay 11 and change for a bowl . 5 little shrimp come as a order . Just lost me as a customer. They don’t count the chicken or steak . So enjoy if prices doesn’t matter.

Went to the drive thru, it wasn’t busy but we were also there by 11 am. Ordered the Kung pow chicken bowl with super greens. It was spicy (and I can handle a lot of spicy) but delicious and probably somewhat healthy.

Went through drive thru. Took literally 20 minutes to order and then another 45 waiting for food in an extremely long line. Thought it was a good sign being so many ppl were there. We don’t have one in my hometown so I was looking forward to trying it. Was not worth the 30 bucks for 2 meals the food had little to no seasoning. Could be that I’m from south Louisiana and we believe in seasoning idk but I was not impressed. I’ll stick to Chinese gourmet

UPDATE 3/29/23 : 7 months later and this is still the worst Panda Express on the planet. They are out of everything 24/7. Guess I have to find a new favorite fast food joint since this place is a constant let down.

I came in about an hour before they closed and they were out of string bean chicken- they offered to make me a fresh batch. String bean chicken is why I come to Panda Express so this was a great. They were out of sweet tea, but with the hospitality of the staff and service provided it was a great location.
