This restaurant is pretty good once they cook their food right. We had disappointments and in saying to ourselves why did we really stop here due to the bad appearance of the food. I may want to point out that their sesame chicken from this chain is considered way better than a regular Chinese restaurant. My dad had to call the attention of the manager who was running this chain when he was doing a takeout order on why the employees were showing old food instead of the new ones. When he gave us new food to my dad, it made us our day.

Atmosphere was nice. People were nice. So that got them a 2… But the food is Horrible!!!! The rice was not edible. It stinks and has a bad taste to it. Lo mein was mediocre at best. Orange chicken was bad. Beef and broccoli was good. I’ll never go back to this location. Other locations are Much better!!

Ordered last night and I must say that I had kind of given up on Panda about a year ago, but recently decided to give it a try again, this was my second time visiting back in the last month. The Kung Pao, Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef and Honey Walnut shrimp was cooked to perfection and so fresh. The new staff seems to really care about service and quality of food served. I will be visiting more often once again!

The place in itself doesn’t deserve 5 stars, but Emma an employee there does. A coworker of hers left and didn’t finish the orders. I waited about 35 minutes. I went in to check on my order. She apologized for the delay in service. Made my food immediately and gave me a free meal for next time. Awesome customer service. She kept my business.

Several months ago, I ordered the orange chicken, and all I tasted was vinegar. I figured that enough time had passed, and I ordered lunch from there today hoping it would be better. No change. Barely tasted anything over the tart vinegar taste from the sauce. Very disappointing.

I honestly thought this location was closed. When I visited at 11 a.m., they were not prepared to serve. One customer waited a good while as what she wanted was not ready. When I got my food, they could not check me out for preparing their cash register. The amount of food I got was small and I was charged $1.90 for something but I only got meat, rice, and a drink. There was one booth with a missing seat…there was very little interaction with the staff. They did not seem pleased to have a customer. I spent around $13 for the amount of food that I would have an an appetizer …I was not impressed.

This location is okay, their food is good. It will be the same as any other Panda Express. The staff is very bad though. The past two times I have been here I have had to leave with no food. They have a bad habit of continuously serving the drive thru and completely ignoring the inside. The last time I was there I stayed in line for 20 minutes (with the staff telling me it would be a minute) waiting on someone to serve me, then once it turned 9:00 they said I would have to go to the drive thru. So I just left, their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. My best advice is to just go to the drive thru so you don’t have to deal with that.

I usually go through the drive-thru around 1 pm, get a combo with noodles, walnut shrimp, orange chicken and beef broccoli. Everything tastes fresh and the service at the window has always been excellent and friendly.

Mmmmm so good. I love it I always get chicken and mushroom with fried rice and spring rolls. I had stopped eating at Panda for a few years bc i didn’t think it was worth the price but I’m glad I gave it another chance. It’s like a completely different place now. I highly recommend anyone to try it.
