Great food but NOT great service. The last 4 times I’ve ordered takeout from them… I have specifically asked for sweet and sour sauce to go with cream cheese Rangoon. Three times in drive through… we asked if they put the sweet and sour sauce in the bag and they said it was in there (big surprise, it wasn’t). Today they completely forgot the Rangoon. Both orders. My daughter asked for it and they handed her one order of two. We had to go back through drive through again in order to get the second order.

Ordered online. And they still got my order wrong and missing a entrée. It appears correct on receipt. And the food tastes mediocre at best. And they messed up a kids meal. No juice or apple slices. Only one semi pleased is my lovely forgiving wife. Only thing wrong with hers is she ordered rice and got noodles. The noodles are not good at all.

Went through the drive thru again but this time I got scraps the kung pou chicken was nothing but chicken scraps peanuts and a little bit of veggies. I got the fried rice and it was raw and barely half cooked and crunchy really sad I go once a week and it ruined it for me

Went in for lunch today 2/28/23 @ 1220 pm. Waited for awhile before getting anyone to help us. Their whole focus was the drive thru. Ashley when she finally came to help us obviously didn’t want to be there. She was very unfriendly and put out… Dont think I will be back here anytime soon.
