Ordered 1 bigger plate with rice, Beijing beef, orange chicken and angus beef, ordered 2 plates with rice, mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli for both plates. The food was absolutely awful. We couldn’t even tell what entree was what! Everything was dried out and tasted old, rice was dry and had hard chunks in it. We stopped coming here awhile ago due to poor quality, we thought we’d give it another try! $45.00 of a very wrong decision. Will never be back to this location again.

Went thru the drive thru on a Monday nite at 6:30. They ran out of two main chicken items, they were slow and could not print a receipt. Pandas is considered fast food, I know I’m not getting the best…. But they need to get it together

The only way you will get a decent portion of food is to get two orders. You will need to pay over $20 to get enough food to get what would normally be a standard meal. I will not go back until they give a decent amount of food for the money.

We arrived at 6:15, and they were out of string bean chicken and beef and broccoli. Okay I’ll get orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, my wife got a side of fried rice and spring rolls. We get to the window and pay, then I ask for sauce – they are completely out of teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour. Whatever, we leave with our food and realize there are no spring rolls or fortune cookies in the bag. We have to drive back and wait in the drive through to get the spring rolls and I ask for a few fortune cookies. Out of them too, says the clearly high cash register operator. So we get home and the fried rice is completely burnt and too hard to even chew. I will never go to this restaurant again and urge every one else to stay far far away!!

I was really disappointed. Who closes their kitchen an hour and a half before closing!? This particular location has been pretty mediocre at best, but the orange chicken always tastes the same. Went through the drive thru a little after 7pm and they were out of OC for what I wanted to order. They said their kitchen was CLOSED! I’ve never gone to a place where that happens at 7pm! I will get elsewhere

Where to start. Ordered a big plate with 3 items and a regular plate with 2 items. Picked up outside restaurant. Got home and discovered I had two regular plates and was ripped off on the third. Oh well then we started to eat – this food had been in a warming pan for a loooooong time. The chicken was shrivelled and dry quite rubbery and hard to chew. The rice was dry again from long time string around. I chucked the remainder in garbage and for 20.00 in garbage food I could have gone to Kroger and bought frozen microwave which actually would have been better than the garbage I was sold.

Food was Blan, not even warm, not fresh. People were okay though. The inside was not clean, nothing was stocked, half the drinks were broken. Clearly poorly managed, compared to the restaurant right next door.
