Food is okay, but you can tell it’s been out for a while. Service was just okay because the guy we had waiting on us had to ask for help when others were just standing around talking. One guy he asked to do the drive thru was moaning and groaning about doing it. Not professional. And the guy waiting on us kept getting easily distracted.

Have a family of 8. They usually always forget something and serve my food as it is scraps. Hands down the worst customer experience I’ve every experience. The employees who work at this locations don’t take the time to listen and learn the order. I guess they believe that money grows on trees and come in abundance to get nothing in return.

Placed my order online which consisted of a family meal which is supposed to be 3 large entrees and 2 sides (I chose 2 orange chicken & 1 honey sesame chicken and a white & fried rice) and a medium entree of teriyaki chicken. I sent my husband to pick it up and they gave him a to go box, small entree box, and the one semi-correct medium entree of teriyaki chicken (no teriyaki sauce for the chicken so it was just grilled chicken). I called the store and spoke to David. Who said I could come in later today or tomorrow for them to correct it. I told him that was unacceptable, and would be on my way back to the restaurant. As this food was to feed my family for lunch, not to mention that we were in town visiting and live 4.5 hours away. He informed me to keep that food, thankfully I did take a photo of what they gave us. I went inside and once again spoke to David and showed him the photo along with the receipt. They did finally get the order correct and the food was good & hot. But, I would have preferred it not to have taken 2 trips to the restaurant, a phone call, and over an hour and a half to get it.

Went through the drive through this weekend. Got home to find hair in our food. The store refused to give us a refund. Had to stay on hold with corporate for 30 minutes to get a refund. Will be notifying the health department.

Grilled chicken was disgusting, slimey, and felt like it was full of fat. No manager on site and Phoebe and James (who wasn’t a manager, but claimed to be “in charge”) mouthed off to me and claimed they don’t give refunds. I took ONE bite and spit it back into my bowl. Rude, unhygienic with facial piercings, and horrible food. Go elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous. Spent $9 on food I couldn’t even eat. I’ve been a general manager or shift leader at MULTIPLE restaurants, from fast food to high-end dining and never heard of “no refund” policy.

Panda Express has always been great food!! The atmosphere is amazing and friendly and awesome ❤️ the service is amazing they get it done quick and proficient as fast as they can and the food is always cooked right and it looks delicious!! And the food like I said it is outstanding and there’s no complaints everybody in Hendersonville area near Walmart needs to get a raise, especially James Beech! The man is outstanding he works hard he’s dedicated and he’ll do what it takes to make a smile on a customer’s face so bright and so big that they will come back for more!! He is literally the only reason why I do want to come back to that area! I’m not saying that everybody that works there is horrible but James Beech is just a different kind of person with his personality and everything he’s more friendly more talkative and he’s just an outstanding human being

Went here 3 times this month and each time I ordered the plate. DO NOT bother ordering (and paying extra) for the Angus Steak entry because each time the portion consisted of only around 3 pieces of steak. That was the third and last strike for me at this place. Btw, each time it was drive through. I guess that’s how they rip you off here.
