I’ve completely had it with this location. How are you going to charge a $7.90 for a bowl that isn’t even filled up? They practically gave me a kids portion in a bowl. It’s only certain staff here and a specific manager that is gipping customers of portions. On their website, it states an entree is one HEAPING scoop for a bowl. Obviously they do not know what heaping means. Every other Panda Express I’ve gone to, they compact the bowl to the top with no gaps in between the food. This is the 2nd time experiencing this with this manager and his staff. They either need to fire this manager for gipping people or retrain their staff. Not to mention they’ve blocked incoming calls. Unprofessional staff and manager.

“Sorry – we are out of sweet and sour sauce” – should never be said at a “Chinese kitchen” – mgt should be replaced.

They are have fast service. Use to be a 5 star. Now your lucky if you get any vegetables. Second time this has happen thought maybe cause last time was close to closing guess not. The rice is dry with a weird taste. I didn’t get any sauce in my bag either. Think I hurt the mans feeling asking him to repeat things due to his fast talking. So he gave me a little attitude.

Very clean and neat. Friendly staff. Food is good and sticks to the Panda recipes and sauces. Veggies are crisp and a great substitute for rice.

We ordered through UberEats. 2 of the big plates, Beijing beef, and some spring rolls. Food was just ok. I really liked the teriyaki chicken. They sent the wrong rice with my order. They didn’t include any sauces with the order, but may the delivery person is supposed to ask for that? It was decent and not crazy expensive.

I mean, I knew I was ordering from a big chain so my expectations weren’t high but jeez. The “small” sides are so small my can of soda water is twice the size. And idk what is happening with the chow mein and fried rice but they’re completely flavorless and gross. No soy sauce or salt or anything. But, + 1 point for their honesty though in just straight up offering “cream cheese rangoon.” Probably some corporate legal nonsense so they don’t get sued for offering crab rangoon when there isn’t any crab in it, but whatevs. I appreciate the transparency.

The food was good and hot. The reason for the two stars was the service! I came in to pick up an online order a little early and they would not start preparing it until the items “hit their system” so I waited in their dining area till my time. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be ready. If it were busy I would totally understand but the staff was just standing around serving the drive thru as people came up. You will save yourself time by just ordering in the drive thru.

I ordered few items from the menu. Lung Pao chicken was freshly cooked by chef Saabir at Mt Juliet branch. It was really delicious and was the best Kung Pao Chicken we ever had at Panda Express. Compliments to the chef!!

Very good food and super friendly staff. Highly recommended for a quick and delicious meal. I always get the plate with double chicken teriyaki and the chow mein. Tastes great and not too heavy.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken with mixed veggies. No wait when I arrived to the drive thru window. This time, the worker bee gave me extra napkins, my fork and two packs of the sauce without me asking. Y’all this guy understands the customer needs!!!
