You’re better off throwing your money in the garbage than going to this Panda Express. Every time I give them another chance they disappoint consistently. I ordered a two entree plate with double chow mein, sweetfire chicken, and orange chicken. I received ONE small piece of sweetfire chicken and a crumb, and a half serving of just straight up cabbage with a few noodles in there. I then tried to call the restaurant and they ignored my call the first time, then the second time they picked up and then hung up immediately. I’ll never eat here again. The serving of almost all cabbage instead of chow mein happens to me every single time I come here, it’s insane. I don’t know how someone could even plate my meal and think that it looked okay. Also that one piece of sweetfire chicken I got was so old and nasty.

I decided to stop by the local Panda Express drive through to pick up lunch before getting home. As soon as I open up my Orange chicken bowl, I notice the few pieces of chicken. 5 total piece of orange chicken and rice! No idea why, but ime everytime I go through the drive through I feel like I get screwed at this Panda.

Restaurant was clean and workers were friendly and food was served up fast and hot. I got the orange chicken and angus pepper steak with fried rice. For fast food Chinese I’ve found that Panda Express is usually consistent in their food preparation. When needing a quick Chinese fix, it does pretty good. I got the two entree and one side with a drink and it was right at $14. Can hardly eat out anywhere anymore that you won’t be spending $15 or more.

The bar was very short on food except the 3 items that were $1.25 extra. So I ordered 3 meats and 1 side, it was $12.40. Since they were out of the orange chicken the lady said I’ll bring it out to you. She has made the smallest little tiny box with orange chicken in it and I said that’s all you’re going to put on there is that little tiny box. She said yeah. I said I think I want a refund on the third one and I just want the two entrées and the one side. She looks confused him and she got her manager he said so what do you want, I said I wanted a refund. I’ll pay for the two but I want a refund for the third one he said well it’s only $1.50 that we’re charging you for it, I was so embarrassed that I just took the food and left. It’s a palling when you asked for a refund and they try to belittle you and say well it’s only this much so you’ll keep it and not do a refund. I think he didn’t understand how to do the refund so I will not be ever shopping here again, I was in a hurry and the guy embarrass me saying it was only $1.50. I will be reporting them to the corporate office as well. It wouldn’t be so bad if there to go boxes didn’t go down in size or the spoon size that they used wasn’t smaller than it was when they first started. And I seems like everyone is cutting everything back as much as possible, I just wanted a refund and didn’t want to pay for the extra that I wasn’t going to eat. I would not shop at this location
