Went in to pick up a order yesterday I had placed 20 minutes prior. When I got there they said they were still cooking the food and it would be 1-2 minutes. 5 minutes go by and I ask for another update. Waited around another 10 minutes while workers laughed and played around in front of customers. Eventually I had to get slightly rude and ask where my order was only to find out it had been ready the whole time and was in a togo box now cold. No sorry or anything, the worker just rolled her eyes when I said this was ridiculous.

Why is it that every time I go through the drive-thru at this Panda Express they are “out” of string bean chicken? Every Panda Express– including this one when I walk inside– hardly ever has it on display, but they always make it when I order it. I have often wondered why it isn’t on display with the other food. Is it because string-bean chicken is so good that a lot of people order it, so they run out fast? It’s the lowest calorie and, in my opinion, best tasting entree on the menu! So why not always have some on hand? And people in the drive-thru line at the Elm Hill location should be able to order it without being told they are “out.”

The truth is that I am disappointed by the service car every time I ask for Broccoli Beef, it is always a scam, they do not throw me Beef, that is, meat, only pure broccoli, put yourself in your place and stop doing that always, remember what makes a restaurant have good sales and clients is the Quality of Service and what service they are providing me. This is really a hoax. Manager especially discipline his employees so that they always give a good service, and really serve more meat than broccoli in this type of dish, that is not wrong.
