I know it’s hard to keep so many options looking fresh, but everytime we visit. Never comes close to looking like the monitor version. The young woman behind the counter said it would be 15 min for what we wanted. This time we waited for orange chicken and it was no better (dry with more crumbs than chicken. The noodles were not cooked and tasted doughy. I believe she was just pushing the old stuff because it was ready when we got to the cash register. Cherry Coke was coming out a light brown. Trash can was overflowing. Not my choice store# 3013 on 7/30/23 3:53pm.

Always bad here will never order again. They skimp on the meat and it’s always hard and the rice or noodles are always cold and undercooked. The people that work here are complete trash. I hope this POS gets shut down for good.

Always good food. Some of the best “fast” food available. This store is new to me and somewhat disappointing. Their plates are smaller than others I’ve visited. I arrived just after the lunch rush and the food liked old and dried out. Not at all what I have come to expect from Panda. The food wasn’t bad, just not a good as in used to from them.

I only leave reviews when necessary, sad to say this new store, than only opened a few years ago is horrible, the service and food went down, when I show up 4 hours before close and you tell me half the entree items aren’t available isn’t acceptable, when the food is a 1/10 and just dry, bland, and old. It isn’t a pleasant experience eating here. The workers have no effort to keep anything in stock or even throw in some sauces into my bag. Overall very dissatisfied, and I think it’s time that I never return. I used to love Panda Express but this location has ruined it. Sad such a new store is just this bad, shame. Also the drive-thru is made for a smart car, everybody else leaves with horrible food and curb-rashed wheels.

I went here for lunch the other day and ordered the bigger plate. My orange chicken was hard. The teriyaki chicken was kinda of fatty and not good. My noodles were so hard, I could’ve made a rope out of them. Not to mention, the cashiers were talking amongst themselves laughing and whatnot while taking my order. Very rude. Just not a good place like it use to be. I don’t recommend it. Go somewhere else.

My issue is that you open at 1030. Yet at 11 half the food is not ready. Every Sunday, I stop, and there is never any white rice or teriyaki chicken. This has been going on for 3 months.

I stop by this location whenever I find myself in or around the Ooltewah area. In the past 5+ visits, the food is always hot and ready and quickly served. On occasion, such as busy days, you may have to wait for 5+ minutes for the food to be prepared and served. So far, I’ve always been 100% satisfied with this Panda Express location.

I usually don’t complain but this panda is the worst. Didn’t give us any of the sauces for our teriyaki chicken or cream cheese rangoons. Had to come all the way back from home for it and the little girls working drive thru are incredibly rude.
