This is beyond disgusting I will never come back here to eat and will not recommend nobody to eat there this was found in my food and when I told one the employees who work there they tried to give emergency another plate of food how ignorant and dumb honestly ignoring the fact I want my money back. wouldn’t recommend.

Been to this location a few times and overall for fast food the food has been tasty. The noodles need some major work but the rice is good. I LOVE THE SUPER GREENS ! I wish they would bring back the plant based meat options to stay on the menu. They said it sold well but it’s now gone. Who at corporate makes these decisions? Spring rolls are good as well. The Rangoons will not beat the restaurant versions but they tried. If you just added a little something then the cream cheese Rangoons would be off the chain too. I went on, Friday 1- 20-23, in the afternoon and the server schooled me on my options and I was very grateful. She was patient and nice. I wish I got her name bc she took the time to let me know what I could do with the options I wanted, unlike the Collegedale/Ooltewah location.

My first ever experience with Panda Express was an absolute joke! I place an order online for carry out and pay for it. I arrive to pick up the order and the employees tell me my order was already picked up by door dash. I never used anything related to DD. It was a carry out order. They say a door dash driver stole it and to get my meal I would have to contact them. There were no managers on duty during the busiest time of the year. The customer service was the worst. They made me pay for the order AGAIN even though none of the issues were from my end. I finally get ahold of a manager(Angel) the next day and he informs me he has heard about it from customer service but doesn’t even offer an apology. If you could go to ANY other place but here, I would highly recommend that.
