Don’t know about all the negative reviews, this place is clean and well stocked. And all the staff were quick and friendly. On top of that, the food was tasty and hot. I got fried rice, orange chicken, broccoli beef, and an eggroll. If i lived closer, I’d decibel cube again.

They still can not get the order correct. The last 6 times, they either forget the teriyaki sauce, egg rolls, shrimp or even silverware! I think it’s a game now. I have to take an extra 5 minutes and take all the items out to inspect for correctness before we leave the window.

This is my plate of fried rice and orange with no orange chicken with broccoli and beef. I also went back to the location to receive my orange chicken I asked for a manager to talk to about my problem and I even asked if we could stand away from the customers to talk about the situation. As I’m in the conversation with the female manger that would not give us her name after she stomped away and completely disrespected me and my grandmother. Not only the food was disgusting and I will never be returning back again. As me and my grandmother go to leave the store we did receive are orange chicken but we asked another employee for the manger name and we were told to talk to Zachary and Zachary was no where to be found.

Ordered to go for my family of 4. Two adults, a toddler, and a young child. Our ordered ended up being over $60. Noodles were so hard and dry none of us could eat it. The rice had a very odd taste. They did eat the chicken and beef. Trip was 30 minutes + because our local spot wasn’t open. Never ever again. Way to much for very low quality food. If your craving Chinese / americanised Chinese please save your money and taste buds and go some where else for sure.

Last two times we went, we had to wait and both times they left out what we were waiting for. Orange chicken the first time and string bean chicken the second time. I also order broccoli and beef. I got seven pieces of broccoli and two pieces of beef. When I complained about that the manager says the ratio for that dish 75 percent broccoli to 24 percent steak. The girl I dealt with on the phone was a jerk. Didn’t apologize and got pretty hateful. While she was on the phone with me …I could a customer in store loudly complaining to another worker.
