June Season
This is only about the Oak Ridge location! Most of the employees are very nice and caring here. Sometimes, at the window, they don’t interact with you and see if you need anything, like soy sauce – my orders are not always complete. My Beef & Broccoli order contained only a few, tiny pieces of beef and an overwhelming amount of broccoli under cooked. It’s not worth the money. This is not my first experience there with being so disappointed in their food. Turkey Creek, Knoxville, Fountain City, are some of my favorite Panda Express places. The food is always put together very well at these places. But in Oak Ridge, I have had multiple negative experiences with their food. Even though there are some really nice employees there, I won’t be coming back until they make changes there – please! Oak Ridge is a really nice town.

I just paid $10 for 4 pieces of beef and 4 pieces of uneatable broccoli that looked like they found it out by the dumpster! The fried rice was crunchy, like uncooked type crunchy in places, and had dried out egg in it that I honestly thought was paper at first. This was the first time I ever went to this location and I can promise you it will be my Last!!! I will say the drive thru was quick and the staff friendly. It’s a shame the food was so disappointing!!!!!

I do door dash. Each time I walked in nobody greeted me or acknowledge that I was there, everyone before and after me was greeted. when I asked them why no one acknowledged me one of the employees said your food would be ready soon buddy. I explained to her I didn’t like that I was greeted she looked at her coworker and asked if she wanted to greet me which I found very rude because she still hadn’t. That was her way of saying she not greeting me. I believe a manager stepped in and greeted me by that time I felt out of place and not welcomed because it wasn’t the 1st time I wasn’t greeted when picking up an order. I have always had to get someone’s attention to get my door dash order.

Came in to get food for the family while on a vacation in the area. The service was a bit slow for non online customers, but the wait was worth it. Quality food as usual with Panda Express and a very reasonable total bill for a family of six. Definitely recommend the place for reasonably priced and good food.

Service was terrible. Two employees were talking on the same intercom while I was ordering my food. 10 minute wait on multiple entrees. Didn’t receive drinks or egg roll I ordered and the manager didn’t do anything but stand there. This is an ongoing issue at this location. Won’t be back!
