The food is good, and if I don’t get sick in the next few hours I may go back. None of the food handlers wore gloves. They used a dirty rag to wipe down the food areas. One of the employees walked through the food area on his phone. The cutting board for chicken and the knife were very dirty. If you don’t get sick, go back.

We drove 35 min out of our normal direction to eat here. They did not disappoint. Great food and customer service!! Had teriyaki chicken and also beef & broccoli with fried rice and spring roll. My wife, who just finished her chemo treatment, had sesame chicken, fried rice, and cream cheese wonton. She’s picky, so when she said it was delicious, I was a happy man. Thank you, Panda Express, for bringing some joy to my wife while on a hard road battling cancer. It’s the little things in life.

Service was great but sadly we didn’t get the correct order and they were out of what we wanted :(. Got fried rice instead of noodles, teriyaki chicken didn’t taste that great and neither did the steak. I did this over the app and went in to pick up tonight.

Upon entering for dinner, I was not greeted. Approaching the counter and while looking at the menu, two female employees stood silent with nasty looks on their faces. You could clearly tell they did not want to be there and were trying to hurry up and get back to doing nothing. I ordered 2 different bowls for my son and I, one with orange chicken and the other with shrimp. The orange chicken was hardly warm and seemed close to a single spoonful of chicken. (Less than 2oz.) The bowl was 90% rice to 10% protein. The shrimp bowl was even worse, with it only having THREE pieces of shrimp in a $10 bowl. Based on the attitude of the employees serving me, I decided not to pick a fight over it and tried to enjoy my meal.

I come here very often because it is very convenient. The food more often than not is like the pictures. It’s a mess, the breading Is wet inside, and it is balled up in a mush next to the shrimp. I’ve asked them to make them fresh but for some reason they’re not allowed to do that. However when the food is fresh it’s good. So if you want to take a gamble go right ahead. Sometimes it’s worth it.

Customer service was awful. They were out of most of the food on the drive-through menu. The employees acted like you were disturbing them. It’s just not a friendly atmosphere.

I went through the drive thur to order large chow mein noodles, also a plate that has two entrées and side. It was orange chicken, beef & broccoli, fried rice. Chow mein noodles were very dry, orange chicken was hard, and fried was hard and cold also. Why would you sell your customers some DISCUSSION FOOD like that. I couldn’t eat my food when I made it home, a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend anything to eat from PANDA EXPRESS RESTAURANT. The location is in Cordova, TN, on Germantown Parkway.
