This is just another location of the Panda Express – an American Chinese restaurant chain. I am not a big fan of panda exp, however, neither dislike it too. Today I got a plate with half- half super greens and friend rice. Teriyaki chicken and honey sesame chicken. I had to wait about 8-10 minutes for super green veggies to arrive. They were out of it. The food was usual, like any other Panda joint.

Today I visited this location and I was literally impressed with the customer service. There is this guy Carlos, that has excellent customer service and super respectful. More employees like him… PLEASE. People who live in Memphis knows that customer service here failed. That’s why I am so impressed with his service.

I do not recommend this Panda Express location. I had to wait for food to be cooked because most thing where out and the super greens are always out. Then when I finally got my food it was not what I ordered. The napkins where empty the trash was literally spilling over. The bathroom was out of order. The floor was dirty. There was food covering the tables and seating. The customer service was ok at best.

Arrived at 1030am as it says online this is the time they open . Upon arrival on the door states 1100 am , so after the 30 minute wait 11 comes and goes and they still hadn’t opened or unlocked the doors. About 1120 they finally opened the doors only to have a line of people waiting and hardly any food prepared. As we all are asking where are all the food items they are saying we have to wait 10-20 more minutes. I have yet to taste the quality of the food as I’m writing this review because I’m still waiting for noodles at 1135am. Awful service

This was my second choice Chipotle in the same shopping center has closed for good .I decided to try Panda Express. The Entrées and sides was limited. I decided on the noodles and orange sesame chicken. The noodles was worriable it taste like they didn’t rinse the noodles off. The chicken taste like flour.
