Visiting from out of town and eating here for the first time. Although they were out of two types of chicken, they were cooking it up it would be finished in a few minutes. Visited at about 3:40 p.m. on a Monday, was not busy at all probably due to the time frame.

It was early so I didn’t expect them to have everything ready. I ordered and waited almost 30 minutes because the cook kept forgetting to prepare 1 of my dishes. A lady that ordered and parked beside me got her order first because of this. It seemed teammates weren’t helping where they should have. When I did get my order it was on point . Expect the water it tasted nasty.

Hurts don’t it
Food is always fresh and amazing. Had to wait an extra few minutes for them to get more egg rolls, and they gave us two extra spring rolls and apologized for the wait. Great service, great food.

Nothing was good except for the rice out of what my friend and I had ordered. Certainly not what I had expected . The service was wonderful. Best service I’ve had in a long time I wish I remembered her name she deserves credit

Staff was slow and honestly seemed pretty clueless about the menu. The food was decent, just try to visit during a rush or you’ll end up eating stuff that’s sat out for a while. The vegetables are a tasteless waste of money and time (about a 5 minute wait for them). Also, no soy sauce is provided, you will have to ask for that for your meal.

So disappointing… the egg rolls are on par with cheap frozen grocery store egg rolls, both in taste and texture (in fact I’ve had better from the freezer section)… the rice was both over cooked and dried out and gummy and I had a dime sized clump of hard salt in it… then I found what looks/feels like a plastic bristle in my food. There was no saving grace for this place other than the nice employees

I’ve come here at least three times and have been impressed every time. You get a lot of food, plenty of rice. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I’d say they have the best Chinese food in the area. When it gets busy, they may run out of food, but they’re constantly cooking. Give them a few minutes and you’ll have your dish. If everything I’ve had, the egg roll is my least favorite, but it’s still good. If you want good, flavorful Chinese food, you’ll find it here.

The young man who started my order served me like I was not going to be charged full price for the entrees I selected. I mean the food isn’t cheap, they are very stingy with the servicing size but yet you pay full price for a very small portion. Then there wasn’t any white rice, well that’s what he told me but by the time I got to the pay part there was white rice. All this to say…… step it up Panda or customers might not come back.

Guess it depends on the server, but portions should be bigger for what it is. You can get the same amount in smaller containers. Compared portions when we got home. Do better. Will voice this next visit.
