The woman that was taking my order seem to be having a bad day and she wasn’t the nicest to me because I had never been here before. Anyways after I paid for my order and came home with my food it was anything but appetizing I threw half of it out. I had the orange chicken and it was so dry. There was hardly any sauce on it and the white rice was very dry as well and the cream cheese rangoons were way overcooked.

I have been to this Store several times in 2 years. I’m sad to say the quality of food and workmanship has gone down, way down. Workers don’t wear mask and their faces very closely to the food when you are picking out what you want to eat, basically breathing on it. No one was wearing gloves also. Don’t know if there’s a glove shortage or what, but you have lost a customer. Dining area was gross and no one wipes tables down.

So I come here two or more times a week, usually for lunch during work. At least once a week the fountain machine is broken or messed up. Today I was out doing some shopping for black Friday. So I decided to stop by and grab a bite. So after I ordered the nice lady told me the fountain machine was down. So after receiving my order At the drive thru I noticed everyone inside had fountain drinks. So I went inside to check and wouldn’t you know it. I ordered a fountain drink and it worked just fine. I guess with just having 5 customers inside they didn’t want to walk around the counter and get me something to drink. Lol

We’ve eaten here several times, but this time wasn’t great. Three of us ate here and we all had Teryaki chicken which is usually good, but the portions were small and they didn’t seem fresh. The entrées we had different were somewhat the same. It was later in the evening (8’sh) and it seemed like a lot of the options were gone and we were getting what was left. We got smaller-than-usual portions for some entrées when it was the last that they had.

This location has gotten my order wrong a couple times before. But last time I went through, not only did I not get the right entree, but what I was given made me sick… Because I’m allergic to some of the sauces y’all use. I’m just glad my allergy isn’t life threatening.

Unfortunately the food was not good. The chicken entrée’s were overly drowned in sauce. The rice had too much oil and did not represent fried rice. It also lacked crucial seasoning. One of my chicken choices was not cooked thorough and was mildly raw. Even after a minute in the microwave it still was undercooked. Lastly, the portions were small and did not reflect many other Panda Express locations nationwide.
