Panda–its decent when it’s busy and it was busy when we stopped in on a Friday. Everything was fresh. Nothing to get too excited about, but I was hungry. EDIT 2023 update: in town for a few days and everyone in our group chose Panda over another place except me. It seems like they’ve remodeled since I was last here maybe 6 years ago. Got the chicken and string beans as well as Kung Pao Chicken with Chow Mein as my starch. I also ordered a chicken egg roll. Went around 7 and it was pretty steady the whole time we were there. Food is decent, but Chow Mein maybe not as good as before??? Noodles seemed short and not as thick?? Not sure though. Rest of people in my party wolfed down their food. They loved it. Nice alternative to McDonald’s or Arby’s and I will say still reasonably priced.

Went through the drive thru. The young lady attempting to take the order was so distracted by the Tom foolery / shenanigans going on between her and her co-workers that she struggled greatly taking the order. I was asked four different times to repeat my order. Which was only two things!! The final request to repeat was followed by, and I quote, “Sorry there’s a lot going on”. I can tell what WAS NOT GOING ON…CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maybe the babysit called off tonight.

Just charge outrages prices and don’t give anything. Ordered a medium honey walnut shrimp payed 10+ and didn’t even bother to fill the box. Then got green bean chicken….no chicken…all green beans and onions with the smallet pieces of chicken they could find. Sadly disappointed as i was excited for this meal. Called store to voice my upset but couldn’t get anyone to answer phone.

Not the best place in town and getting back on HRR can be tricky when it’s busy. Curry is not good, no flavor and watery. The sweet and sour is descent. Over all a okay experience. Staff is young and not helpful on the menu. But service is quick

I was going in to eat at Panda in GroveCity today. I decided to not go in and eat after what I saw on my way in. The employee working the register today went over to the line and was eating food out of the line where people could see. I was there around 1pm. She didn’t wash her hands after leaving the register and even after eating food right off the line she still didn’t wash her hands. I will be reporting this to the health department. Couldn’t believe after coming out of a pandemic basic hygiene isn’t important at this location. If this girl is working again I will choose to not eat here and go somewhere else where there is less of a risk of catching food poisoning.

Decided to be lazy this Christmas and order Panda Express. Originally ordered from Hilliard location but they ended up canceling my order day of. This location saved my Christmas dinner and were very friendly at pick up. Couldn’t have asked for better on short notice.

Drive Thru staff Eleen is quite rude and “tried” to be nice nasty and had to get the manager to step in because she didn’t want to properly take an order correctly. Then was advised there would be an 8min wait on my teriyaki chicken(4:11) to not get my food until 4:45 pm because they gave my order to another drive-thru customer with no apologies given ♀️ ♀️ or compensation.

I just have to say that I am very upset and disappointed in Panda for discontinuing Bejing Beef. I have loved panda so much but mainly for thier Bejing Beef. I just found out that they will not longer be severing this dish. Please thumbs up this comment if you wish for them to bring it back!
