I’ve eaten at this Panda Express for years and have never had a single complaint. That’s changed now with the Starship deliveries. I’ve had subpar food every time I order. mostly undercooked rice and unappetizing chicken. I don’t know if they think they don’t have to work as hard because they never have to deal with the customer or what, but it is not good as of right now.

If you want teriyaki chicken from this place, forget about it. Almost every single time I go, they don’t have it. 90% of the time it’s in the morning and you have to wait at least 15 more minutes from the very second they open. This has happened at least 12 times now, just in the morning. Don’t even think about trying to get something simple like that at any other time.

Extremely inconsistent food quality, portions, and staffing. You’ll never get the same thing twice… Which unfortunately means sometimes there’s just horrible discrepancies. This is the panda in the student union. It has a shrunken menu, no delivery, restricted hours, and the above.

This is an on campus establishment for students at BGSU mainly. It is in the student union on BGSU campus. It does not have a full menu and no delivery. Only open 11-8 Monday-Thursday. Friday and weekend hours 11-7. There is no direct way to call except through the Falcons Nest. Like I said it caters to the students mostly. You need to pay to park in the closest lot.
