My boyfriend and I went in for dinner tonight. I ordered the orange chicken which is always good. After eating a few pieces, I realized it was pink and stringy on the inside. It looked raw to me, the quality of meat was terrible. We talked kindly to a worker who was dismissive and only offered replacements which we didn’t want after just consuming raw chicken. They didn’t offer a refund and just let us leave. $25 worth of food, the service was rude and didn’t seem to care about raw food being served.

The Not-So GoodGuys
Today I called and spoke to a young lady who I told I needed to speak to the manager. She immediately hung up on me and it took a few more calls to get an answer again. This time she told me the manager wasn’t there. Why on earth she couldn’t tell me that the first time is beyond me instead she decided to hang up. Then she asked why I needed the manager and I said I was calling to check on my application status. She quickly said that if I didn’t get a call from the manager then I wasn’t what they were looking for even though you guys told me in person when I visited a few weeks prior that you guys wanted shift supervisors and cooks with experience. I have 5 years of experience as a chef and 2 years of experience as a supervisor, trainer, and a manager but apparently I’m not what you are looking for. Your employee was rude and disrespectful.

It was very clean and the food was great. They did make us wait 5 minutes for more noodles. It worked out great for us since our kids always ask for less cabbage and lettuce! The employees were very nice and accommodating.

Orange chicken, and chicken egg rolls are the only thing worth eating. The girl at the front Jiayue was very rude and not welcoming at all. Made you so uncomfortable to be there. Thank goodness this polite young man trayston was working or we would have left.
