Honestly, I don’t know why we keep trying. All around horrible experience. I think a call to corporate is in line. The food is dry, over cooked and inedible. I am done here. The last time, the manager comp’ed my husband’s dinner for our next visit. I don’t want your free garbage. My dogs wouldn’t even eat the dryed out cubes of ‘steak’.

I have ordered from here many times… dine in, carry out and delivery… one dish was the black pepper steak… they didn’t disappoint.. it was so BLACK it was burnt and you couldn’t chew it…I have never had issues before but the fact that they served this… really disappoints me.. I won’t be ordering from here for awhile… let’s see if they get their stuff together… good luck

The nicest staff imaginable! They really care about their customers and make sure they are taken care of. While I was at this location, they unfortunately had an unruly customer who but handled it with absolute grace! When they found out I was right there witnessing the entire thing, they felt horrible for me and apologized a bunch that I had to witness what happened. I really can’t praise them enough!

Cajun Ragdoll
Picked up 5 orders of Crab ragoon and requested they be cooked to ordered. When i received them at the window they were soggy and cold. The 2 employees gave me attitude. Parma and Mentor store is always good. Employees need training on customer service !!

It was very dirty, the food was hard and noodles was very dry. The manager ask us which one was the egg roll. It was ten times better when Kamilla was there. Caleb was very nice and helpful and so was the young man that waited on us. However it wasn’t the best
