On my recent visit I got the bigger plate and the serving wasn’t adequate so I requested to speak with a manager and received the same rude treatment. I told her I no longer wanted the plate and was told okay. I had been out paying bills and shopping ALL day and told the manager if I wasn’t starving I would not make this purchase she looked at me and walked away no response whatsoever. This was a first-time experience of treatment with Panda Express I probably won’t stop going, but it will be a LONG time before I revisit them again Anderson, Indiana location

They were out of most of the entrées and were unable to keep up with the number of customers that were waiting. Instead of offering an incentive for the wait, they served food that was not fresh and did not provide fresh food, a drink, or discount for the extended wait.

I’ve been here a few times now and the chow mein is always super mushy and gross. It’s hit or miss if everything else is mushy and overcooked, but it’s really just not worth it to keep trying to find something edible here.

They didn’t have a lot of selection of what they make. I like the orange chicken and fried rice. The egg rolls are over fried and greasy. Overall the service was good and knowledgeable.

I’ve often passed by this Panda Express on the way to eat someplace else – but my recent visit proved that sometimes “the usual stuff” can be unusually good!. They went out of some entrees due to a non-delivery (probably weather-related) but made up for it in courtesy and speed. The honey walnut shrimp had plenty of walnuts and those cream cheese rangoons were super-fresh!
