The food is hot and fast, but the last two times through the drive-thru leave the experience pretty wanting. The crew here apparently does not know what Beijing beef is and continues to serve other menu items in its place. My time on my lunch break is limited so I am not going to return to correct this but it is frustrating nonetheless. Inaccuracy with what they are serving means I will not be spending more money on the premium items for fear of getting less than what I pay for. My advice to management would be to make sure that employees are accurately filling the orders that they are receiving.

Staff ALWAYS has an attitude, and don’t let you ask for sauce because you really get an attitude , if you ask for extra soy sauce they throw 2 in your bag and a dirty look. They’re always out of stuff or they make you wait while they prepare it. Wait is always slow. One of the worse Panda Expresses I’ve been to. I honestly dread going here, it’s never a good experience.

This panda is hit and miss. They do a lot of business, I guess, which is why they run out of things a lot and sometimes the chicken is a weird texture or too dry or something. The last time we went they were out of chow mein and white rice and the orange chicken was kind of chewy. It was a poor experience.

Ordered bigger plate, panda bowl and a plate and they forgot my plate and gave me a bowl instead. If the kids working weren’t too busy goofing around then maybe they would have gotten my order right. Didn’t want to drive 10 minutes to go get it. #imannoyed

Slow service but good food. I order 15 minutes before I arrived and still had to wait another 15 minutes for my food to be finished because they were out of orange chicken. Overall I love panda express, but allow yourself the time!!

This was one of the worst customer services experiences I have had in Fishers. Our order wasn’t ready even though we had put it in over and hour and a half before and came to get it after the pick up time. We had to approach three people to figure out if the order was ready because they just kept saying “okay” when we asked. We waited awhile because we understand things can be busy. We then realized it would be another 30+ minutes before the food was ready. We offered to do substitutions with other available things and they told us they would up charge us. Then we asked to cancel the order, they told us we had to stay in the store and wait in order to cancel the order because the manger was busy. In the meantime they threw the food away and told us we had to cancel our order, but that they couldn’t cancel it yet. We ended up leaving and will dispute the charges on our credit card. We saw many frustrated people waiting and some leaving.
