I went to the panda express in greenwood by the cvs. The bejeng beef was dry and not hot. Noodles was only thing hot. I had my service dog with me and was told to put her in the car. I had a hard time ordering. After all that food was $25.00 and horrible. No sauce at all. I will go back to the one and travel to shadeland. My dog did eat some.

Got 2 platters of Fried rice to go. They were able to make it right away and I was out the door within 15 minutes. Cashier was very nice and was very helpful for getting my order out quickly.

Ordered online waited 20 minutes for my food after I got there. 15 or 20 people came into store and received their food before I did. Ordered online was given a pickup time and waited 20 minutes and watched people walking in the door be served first. This has happened to me here several times u order online so you don’t wait in line but not here. Also the employees are rude last time I go here.

Every single time we order for delivery from this place it is wrong. Tonight we ordered dinner. It gets delivered from Door Dash which is fine. It takes a long time, which is fine. Received the order, it was wrong. Called the store, no manager on duty so I had to talk to the shift lead. Young guy. Wants to know what we were missing. I told him. He starts asking if we want the item tonight or another time. I tell him it is our daughters dinner so of course we want it tonight. He proceeds to tell me that they are closing in 15 minutes. I tell him we are on our way and he starts getting rude because they are closing soon. It’s ridiculous that our order is always wrong and they are rude about it. Ridiculous.

Portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. When you tell them there containers are even smaller. I remember getting a three portion plate did fit in container. Now they put one portion in a even smaller miniature box. I wish I had a photo. It reminds me of miniature cone you get for your dog at a ice cream place. Thats all I got to say.

Big Panda Express fan. Its unfortunate though that they do not have set standards to how much food you get per plate. If the scoop is light i.e. orange chicken usually they’ll just give you a small scoop to make up for it but when they don’t you feel robbed for the cost.

Tried 2x now for them to get an order right, still got it wrong. Double check your order if you go, they will most likely get it wrong. Understaffed or not, they don’t communicate well with each other or customers. Ordered on the app, waited an hour for food. Also didn’t receive my chicken rolls (orderd a large entrée and got 1!)
