Just went here a second time..food is bogus! I just went there around 11am. Saturday. Ordered a beef and broccoli rice bowl. Rice was super hard! Couldn’t even finish it. Had about 6 pieces of beef and the rest broccoli. My wife had a plate and the chow mein didn’t taste fresh.

Panda is reliably good food and usually good service. This Panda surprised me twice; one person gave my family shoulder shrug level service and one employee (Justin) was exceptional. Overall our experience was average but I wrote this review specifically to thank Justin and encourage him to continue providing excellent service and a for setting a great example for others.

We came in closer to 9pm (this location closed at 10) which could explain why we had a not-great experience. We had a very limited selection of dishes to choose from with only orange chicken as an available entree and chow mein and fried rice as sides (no veg). There were also eggrolls available. The server scrapped from the pans to give us enough for our meals and we found the food dry and chicken tough and scant at that point.

This location in particular was great. They gave ample portions and after a 20 minute drive home our food was still plenty hot. We placed our order online and they did forget to give us the teriyaki sauce and sweet n sour sauce that I asked for but everyone makes mistakes sometimes.

DO NOT GO THERE. The portion size of the meat is ridiculous very small. I separated the meat on my plate so you can see what I got. I will never go there again. So sad. I was looking forward to a new business in much needed Crown Point but they honestly need to close and build a restaurant that does not scam you with tiny bit size meat portions no matter the price.

Everytime I go in they tell me there’s going to be a wait for something specific so I pick something else and am told there’s a wait on that also, I ask how long the girl very rudely said I don’t know but probably 20 minutes or more , they make it and pointed to the back. Worst service ever, Morrisville is bad but Crown Point is worse. My question, why get a job if you don’t want to work?
