I placed an order online at 6:48 pm. I was told my order would be ready at 7:01 pm. I went to the restaurant. I finally got my order at 7:40 pm. It took almost a full hour to get 1 plate, 1 bowl, and a family meal. Completely unacceptable. Absolutely no apology or compensation was offered for the inconvenience of having to wait at the restaurant an additional 40 minutes past promised time.

This location is on the lighter side when it comes to being busy. It makes it easier to get what you like when seeking a great meal. The food has been fresh most of the times I’ve gone to this location. The staff are friendly as well. I traveled from Mishawaka Panda Express to this location because I knew the staff, food quality and amount of foot traffic were way better.

I have a medical condition that limits my diet to the extreme, but I love your food. So I order the only thing left I can eat, white rice and your cooked/teriyaki chicken (I can’t eat the sauce sadly). I have let some of the staff know and they always go above and beyond making my plate.
