If I could give this location zero stars, I would. It’s the worst location in Fort Wayne, and, of course, it’s the only one close to me. They literally never have orange chicken available, they cancel DoorDash orders, and you’ll end up spending more time there than you would at a sit down Chinese buffet. Drive the extra 15 minutes and go to Lima Road. Terrible.

Placed order they sent message to call store. We did they were not helpful or nice. They said to bad call to get refund. So call corporate and they say no they will remake it. Wait 20min get message they canceled it. We really just want to know if we are going to eat. Call corporate for refund. 7-10 business days. Update: 26 days no refund. Don’t worry it’s in the process. Lol

So, I pull up to the window, try ordering 3 times, the lady obviously didn’t speak/understand English very well. Order wrong all 3 times. Finally, after trying, I politely say I will go somewhere else to order dinner. As I am leaving, another employee who was working outside with a headset on, tells me as I am pulling away, in a rude manner, “she doesn’t speak English very well.” I am sure she is a very hardworking loyal employee. But should that be my problem after trying for 5 minutes and being polte?? Let her do another position within the line where she can succeed and grow. I hope that someone of some importance reads this at Panda Express, love them and want to continue eating their delicious food. Thus happened 2 nights ago at the Dupont Road location.

Do not order on app! They do not prioritize. App said it would be ready at 8:50, received food 30 minutes late!! Watched 8 groups of people, walk-in, order food, and get food (not including the other 8+ orders from the drive thru).

They make drive thru a priority over dine in customers. We waited a good 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged us with no one in front of us, we were looked at but ignored. Finally when ready to order 70% of the options were already taken from the drive thru orders which made our wait even longer. We got a huge sigh when we asked how long it would take to make items we were. Interested in. We were also told they will not be making those items you are requesting even though they still had a few hours before closing. Workers are overworked with bad attitudes, portions are small and not satisfying. I do not recommend this Panda Express location until they have better training on customer service.

The last 4 times i have gone here I either have to go around and come back for my food or they shut their fryers off way before they should. Why would you shut your fryers off when the lobby closes.but the drive thru doesn’t. Done with this panda express location. Called other stores open till the same time and their ‘fryers were still up and running. This location is the worst. Not mention ordered a plate and was given a bowl amount.
