noonish on a week day…..Just no consistency on food quality. Mixture of hard/soggy chicken. Noodles same lack of texture and taste. Out of some popular items . Not a lot of parking. Seemed busy with take out orders. Not impressed at this time

I have never left a review. It was i that bad. The egg rolls all six were completely burnt. The rice was dry and the chicken was nothing but fat. It was awful and they were out of alot of food. The drive thru attend was not friendly either. I will never go back.

By far the worst food I’ve gotten from Panda Express in Marion Indiana. They were out of fried rice & brown rice, the orange chicken was burnt, they didn’t give teriyaki sauce or utensils. First and last time I will be going to this location.

I have now had a couple of bad experiences from this location, and they have just barely been open. Tonight I did a mobile order because u didn’t have time to sit and wait forever. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:15. I didn’t even get there until 7:18 and they tell me we are waiting on chow mein. I’m thinking no biggie I can wait a few for it. Finally 20 minutes later, still no food and when I finally found a girl to ask for a refund because I have to get my child home and in bed(the reason I did a mobile order) and she calls me rude as she walks over to her manager. Then she tells me my refund will process in a couple days. Not realizing that was her dismissing me I was still standing there she then turns and says what? You still want the food too? I told her I was just waiting on a receipt and she snaps that I will have an email shortly. Had I been rude, this interaction would have been warranted, but I was not rude for simply wanting a refund. I am a general manager in customer service as well, so I’m generally polite with others in the service industry.
