I went to get an unsweetened ice tea snd noticed there was no stevia/sweetener. I went to the counter and asked for a sweetener and was told they don’t have it there. I then asked, what do you do if you are diabetic? A female worker smartly replied, “you drink it sweetened or unsweetened.” I’m not a diabetic, but prefer to use sweetener in my tea. Customer service is a big 0 based upon my experience there. You are a National chain that can’t afford to stock sweetener? Can you at least expect your employees to be courteous to the customers?

Tried the crab Rangoon- 2 orders both cracked, dried out and stale not even sure if it was cream cheese. Maybe some chives in there but no crab. Will call as they are closed now to try get a refund. On the Meals -I usually get a bowl the toppings are pretty good but the rice is very dried out consistently. I had the udon noodles once they were not even able to be eaten-rubbery. I think they told me once they microwave everything.

The door state they are open until 9pm we can the last 2 weeks at 8:40 and the doors have been locked. Then when told you had to go to the drive through they had no food left and were very unprofessional! Love panda but probably won’t give this one another chance.

It’s very upsetting to be 3/4 way thru having your order made & be told “we don’t have enough honey sesame for your 2 plates. Is that okay?” *with just a blank stare* No offer of any other options. She literally just scraped the bottom of the wok & put a tiny amount on each plate. I had to ask for something else to compensate only getting 1/4 of our entree on both plates. And honestly, I only like the honey sesame but I was so far into the ordering I felt I had to finish. Then literally as she’s closing up our boxes, they bring up a fresh wok of the honey sesame chicken. A fresh GIANT WOK. Why!? She just told me they were out. How about this? “we’re making fresh Honey Sesame right now, it’ll be about a minute.” Then I wouldn’t have spent $30 on something I don’t like.

I took my client who is handicapped through the drive thru today & was having difficulty placing an order, due to clients inability to speak very much and the staff who worked the drive thru being so mean. They wouldn’t help us in any way & ended up saying that my clients disability was not their fault & suggested we go to another restaurant. We left & did just that but I reported this incident to the corporate office. WOW!!

I love the food. It is hot and fresh. The best there is. I like eating inside, but the service is geared for the drive thru! Therefore, if you want to eat in, you need to go through the drive thru then come inside. Or else wait!

Tried placing an online order. Kept getting error that they were too busy to take the order. Drove to restaurant and found 2 people in line and 4 eating with 1 car in drive thru. Out of chow mein and chicken teriyaki for kids meals and said they weren’t going to make any more. Out of several entrees. Portions I got were noticeably smaller than before. I had low expectations and they got even lower after this waste of a trip.

First time eating here and it was ok. Food was good, we got the Orange Chicken with rice bowl. But it pretty much seemed liked we paid for rice with just a little bit of chicken. We could of got more options with it, but then the price just goes up and when it goes up that much, I might as well go too a Chinese buffet and get everything I want. Oh and they were out of sweet and sour sauce too lom

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING DRIVE THROUGH! This is the third time that I’ve ordered a bigger plate but they forgot my 3rd entree. Not only are their entree portion sizes small, but they also skimp out on things that you’ve paid for!

Food is good but the lady running the place is not friendly. I asked for an extra soy sauce and she was very angry and hateful about it. She said 1 is all I need with 1 meal. Very unprofessuinal.
