Stopped in for a bite while running errands. It was pricey ($13 for lunch/drink) but the gal behind the counter was super friendly and let me split my sides on my plate. Orange chicken and kung pao were outstanding. Chow mein so-so. Fun to try but wouldn’t go out of my way for it

Not happy at all with the portion of food we received there. We got a 2 entrée plate with fried rice, orange chicken and the beef. Maybe 4 little pieces of beef with scraps and onions and peppers, and the chicken maybe 5 hard ones. Also got a side of noodles but I should say side of cabbage and celery because we got like maybe 6 noodles throughout. No joke! The bottom of the barrel…We went around 8pm ish on Saturday night through the drive thru, if they were running low on stuff we wanted they should have told us and we could possibly choose something else, I’ve had panda in other locations and never like this! Very disappointing. You are the closest location for us and 35 mins isn’t even close but drove it cause we normally like panda, so we made the drive..got home checked food and was not happy and to far to drive back.Never again!

Its a good place, but what really stands out is how not only do they have water with the foundation drinks, they have a carbonated soda water option. Its great!!

It was pretty cold in the restaurant (I personally loved it!!) And the service was phenomenal!! I’d like to go back again, bc I had no idea what to order . But again, service as phenomenal!! Even made more of the broccoli and cabbage (which was sooo good!!) And she said “you can have a seat, and I’ll get you’re food when it’s ready” she was absolutely darling

The food is good. I wish it wasn’t because then I wouldn’t want to order from the Fort Gratiot store anymore. Their staff are clearly unhappy, they’re frequently closed for staffing issues or “maintenance” issues, and the portion sizes are wildly inconsistent. It’s regrettable that this location is clearly struggling to attract and keep good staff. If that’s consistently an issue, the problem usually stems from higher up.

We waited the 4 minutes for honey chicken and got home , 15 miles away, and to our surprise no chicken. I called for a refund and was told come up and get replacement. Very rude people I did get a large order of the chicken but in the mean time the rest of our food got cold and was told sorry they were busy at that time. There were only 2 other cars there.

Came in at 8:20 to get dinner. Was given Luke warm food and small hard chunks of orange chicken. They told us they were out of half the menu items. Staff was giving us dirty looks when we wanted to dine in and we were met with attitude when we asked a question about the food. All I wanted was a quick meal, didn’t leave a mess and paid with a card. To Panda Express management, if you want a successful, profitable business, and good word to spread about your business around town, treat the people that spend money in your establishment with respect.

Better quality food than a different panda express I went to but it was good. Its not exactly gourmet but its pretty good for the price. The orange chicken tasted spicier than I remembered but the chow mein and white rice was good. I suggest for 2 people just get a bigger plate meal and split it since its a better deal and you can save some money from it. The inside seemed clean and very cozy and relaxing.

Just came here to lunch with my kids. The orange chicken was burnt and had very little sauce. The fried rice tasted plain like you were eating just white rice. Do not recommend this location

Well, we tried somewhere new. This was my first experience with Panda Express. Everything tasted alright, but nothing was great. The fried rice and chow mein absolutely had to be helped out with some Sriracha and soy sauce. Speaking of sauces, the entire order didn’t come with a single type… Even for the cheese Rangoons? (And, lemme tell you, I recognize it was my reading error. But, I expected cheese crab Rangoons. Hhhhnoope) The chicken egg rolls were decent.
