I ordered the LG plate you get 2 entree and a side of either fried rice or noodles. I usually get the orange chicken and noodles. The fried rice never has flavor and the lady who took my order said they dont make sweet n sour sauce anymore they have packets of it and it’s not very good. I also ordered springs rolls and cream cheese onion Rangoon. I’ll probably start trying to find a new Chinese restaurant to go to. Super clean though and kind staff.

Ordered beef & broccoli (along with other items) & there was ONE thumbnail sized piece of beef, wilted broccoli & cold noodles. Went in for a refund and was told by a “manager” that refunds were against company policy. I got the 800# for customer service, who advised me that the manager lied to me. I now am having the entire meal refunded. Bad service, bad food and lying to customers who address the bad service and food!

Awful customer service. Was told to pull forward to a parking spot for there to be no parking spots available and told it was a 4 minute wait that turned into 15 mins then saw my food on the counter for 8 minutes not being touched before being brought out. Couldnt get it due to closed lobby. Awful. Want a refund. Waste of time

Our $400 catering order we placed a day in advance (and the order was confirmed by Panda Express) was cancelled 30 minutes before our food was supposed to be ready. There was zero urgency from the manager or employees to solve the situation and we were left scrambling for a plan B to serve 40 employees at our luncheon that was happening in 30 minutes. Absolutely do not recommend.
