Really busy seems like all the time. They have indoor seating as well as a drive through that you can use. Food seems always fresh, the staff is friendly and quick. No real complaints on my experience here. Can never go wrong with orange chicken.

The store was full, line was long. Took 15-20 minutes to get to service. They were out of string bean chicken, my wife’s first choice. I think the server was training someone – which is fine, but after I told the trainee my order, the trainer pushed him out of the way and made me repeat my order twice more before she filled it. Then there was another five minute wait at checkout. Hence, my food was cold when I got to my table. I know the food is good when it’s hot, but today it’s not.

Love Panda Express and the food is always good but today 9.2.2022 around 6:42-6:45pm at their Auburn Hills Michigan location one of the cooks walked out the men’s bathroom with his apron on. Good thing I had already placed my food and he wasn’t near the food coming off the grill. Not sure if he had cooked my black pepper chicken but I’m not in the mood to finish eating. I did tell the young lady who’s the manager tonight about it.

This branch is very hit-or-miss with quality of service. They regularly run out of different menu items, forget to include add-ons ordered online, and we have had issues with them locking/closing early (25 minutes early) with no updated hours posted. For the most part, the staff are very friendly and the food is delicious, but it would be nicer if more attention to detail was paid.

Ordered a order pick up. Wasn’t ready so I waited while they completed order. No problem. While scooping out my order, the staff member dropped some next to the takeout box and…. he literally stopped it up with his hand and PUT IT IN MY ORDER!! YUCK. I told him I wanted a new container of food or just cancel my order and he almost didn’t oblige. So I got a new container of food but as I was walking out he literally dumped the old box back into the fresh food. What!!!! First and Last time I eat here!

I generally like Panda Express, this visit at this location (first time there) was unacceptable. I ordered Broccoli Beef. There was one ok size piece of beef and a couple little, and I mean little. I took a picture to document the lack of beef. I went through the drive thru, if I ate inside, I would have taken it to show a manager. There was lots of . Waited for 8 minutes at the counter while workers serviced the drive thru window and barely acknowledged that there was a line forming. One guy actually said, “I would take your order but I am clocked out” while filling takeout dishes with food. The excuse was that they were “counting the drawer.” Seems like orders could be taken while they count. Food was good, as expected for fast food. Warm but not hot when I got mine.
