I never take the time to write reviews so me writing this definitely says something. On numerous occasions over the past 6 months this Panda Express is always out of main entrees 2 hours before closing. The purpose of this review is disregarding all of that. Monday night I went to this location to pick up dinner. The gentleman taking my order was very sweet. I have no complaints about the staff working. The complaint is I received 2 orders of raw orange chicken. I didn’t realize it right away I thought it was just chewy chicken. It took until I had a bigger piece of chicken that took a few bites. I’m now sitting at work with the worst stomach pain and nausea I’ve ever had. Im 95% sure it is food poisoning. Please do better Panda ☹️☹️

Placed an online order, wasn’t ready even after 30 minutes. Watched as everyone else got chow mein and when they finally got to my order, all that was left was cabbage. Barely given any chicken and the green beans were gross. Disappointed that I spent my money here

Terrible terrible terrible ingredients no wonder we don’t have any authentic Asian restaurants in town because people call this Chinese food and support it. Everything taste the same and I got sick almost everytime after eating here. Not sure what the ingredients are but it all has something in it that makes it super greasy and it’s in literally everything and breading is always soggy whether it’s the flash fried chicken or the honey shrimp. Drive through is so busy they borderline throw ur food at u it’s even worse than a “hi” “bye”! And they never say have a nice day or anything. Terrible terrible terrible. Take the 10 Xtra minutes out of ur day and drive to stars in essexville. Nastyyy

Sent my boyfriend a hour to get me dinner here. He got to drive through at 9pm. They told him they were out of everything and had nothing to serve. I proceeded to call and ask for manager and manager told me they tell customers they are out of item but can always cook it. I was And am furious. I’m 3 months pregnant and was really looking forward to this food. Why say you are out of food a half hour before closing on a Friday night ? Disappointing.

NO TERIYAKI CHICKEN for 20 minutes…? Really ? It’s 5:15, people are getting off from work and you can’t see that you’re low and put some more on the grill ? Not only was I disappointed that they had no Teriyaki chicken but the young lady with the headset on rushed me, did not give me a sample that I asked for 3 times of another item so I could try something else, and did not even ask if I was dining in or out. My drink cup was handed to me with the guys palm of his hand on the top of my cup. When I corrected him he had no idea wg t I was talking about. When I mentioned it to the girl cleaning the table it went above her head also. No training.
