I was there at the mall today and I want to formly apologize to an employee who was trying her absolute hardest and for the first time ever I Karened out. To the worker specifically I am so sorry I was so rude and you are doing a wonderful job. The manager took over for her and dealt with my unnecessary rudeness. This establishment is wonderful and the service is outstanding.

Loved the dinner selection I chose! The young man and the cashier were wonderful! I was in a hurry due to picking up an order for others, but was treated like I was being mean by the current manager who was there. Ended up just leaving a tip because there wasn’t enough change in the till, and I was delighted to leave that tip!

Customer service was terrible yesterday. Ordered 3 meals and a large drink, then asked for two waters for the kids. Look down and the drink had no ice…the lady giving the drinks wouldn’t answer me if they had ice and just snarled nasty at me. I took a drink and it was super warm…and getting those two waters was a nightmare. The lady literally handed me one and refused the second. I had just spent more than $30 on subpar food and warm soda…but treated terribly over water.

I’m not sure what happened, I usually like Panda, but this time it wasn’t great, the chow mein had hardly any noodles, mostly unidentifiable vegetables, the orange chicken was no longer white meat and didn’t seem to be fully cooked. I did enjoy the cheese rangoon but that was about it.

Look. It’s not authentic Chinese food but damn it tastes good and service is lightning fast. The orange chicken and walnut shrimp are often kinda mushy instead of crunchy. Shows that the food has been out for a long time after its been fried. I think it’s mostly because the mall doesn’t have a lot of foot traffic, so panda Express doesn’t need to make as much food as often.
