I ordered honey sesame chicken with white rice!! I barely got any food for what I pay for. You’re supposed to get 2 scoops of food, but I know this is not 2 scoops. They were completely out of white rice. The one in Altoona, Iowa always falls short of being a good restaurant. Their managers need to do a better job!!! Whether it’s an hour or 2 from closing. The one in Ankeny is so much better!!!

I drove 30 minutes one way for the beyond orange chicken and it was WELL WORTH IT. The drive thru was long so and I wasn’t in a hurry so I went inside to order. The woman was very nice and I even got a fresh batch of the beyond chicken. I hope the beyond orange is here to stay!

I’m a little disappointed on my today’s ordered. I ordered a bowl of steam rice with Kung Pao Chicken. Yes, they did got the correct order, but they filled the steam rice to the top with a spread of Kung Pao Chicken just to cover the rice. Come on, don’t be so greedy the stir fry!

Worked a 12 hour shift today and went to panda express to get a quick meal because I was too tired to cook paid $30 for my meal and didn’t even get my main course. I’ve been here multiple times and every time it is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant the service is really horrible and the people are super rude.

Workers laughed in our face with lobby closed 1 hour before closing time. Pointed to drive through. Food was cold, they didn’t awnser the phone. Just pointed and laughed at us through the windows.
