10+ cars waiting in drive thru line for 20+ minutes. while the manager in charge of closing the shift was sitting in the lobby making fun of the people who were waiting to be served. at 7:55 pm she began to take again. (Saying we closing in 5 minutes and only white rice and orange chicken are available if you need something else and it’s not available come back tomorrow.) I asked her for a customer service number and in addition she refused to prove this information saying she doesn’t know her work phone number. she was very rude and disrespectful. It is important to mention that it is not the first time that this has happened in this location. hoping customer service improves it. agosto 22/2023 at valley west location. shift manager ( Alexis).

I’ve been meaning to try Panda Express for awhile now. Was pretty excited to get some orange chicken. Did the drive thru and waited extra for the orange chicken. Chicken ended up being freezing cold and raw. Had to settle with just eating the rice. Very disappointed and was looking forward to having that delicious Panda Express that everyone talks about.

I asked an employee for ice and she got mad at me and I was ignored. I stood and waited and finally asked another employee for ice. Considering we paid $35 for our meal for I would think we could get some ice for are drinks. Rude staff…. Definitely won’t be back.

I really love this location (Valley West in WDM). They are super fast, fun to interact with, and make sure they keep the food hot and fresh. They take customer service very serious here, this spot has become a constant in our fast food rotation :-)

I feel like the manager, David here takes advantage of the customers and changes prices for certain people and certain things he does not follow panda expresses pricing, and when I called him out on it, his explanation, for it makes no sense if you order a bigger plate with them your appetizer is going to be more but the same amount. If you order a child’s menu meal, or a small plate or bowl, your appetizer will be cheaper, but the same amount of food.

Their teriyaki chicken is to die for, with a little spice their orange chicken is delectable and chow mein is very good except that the cabbage is still hard as if it was just cut and never cooked. They are rushing almost always when they get you to the window but take forever to get the food to you and when you order it always takes forever.
