We went through the drive-through because our dog was with us, and it was way too hot to leave her in the car. Every time we ordered an item, we were given a total and told pull ahead. Typically, if you haven’t ordered a drink, you’ll be asked before given a total. There was never “would you like anything else?” We had to ask for the extras, the egg rolls, sauces & drinks. They seemed in a hurry to push us through, but we were the only car in the drive-through. We weren’t slow, we had asked for a minute to look at the menu to make our decisions before beginning our order. Once the order was placed, it was going to take several minutes for one dish to be ready, and we were asked to park in front of the restaurant. No big deal. We had to laugh when the employee came out with our food. They non chalantly meandered down the sidewalk, swinging the bag of food like they were on a stroll through the park. We assumed they were super busy inside, and that’s why we rushed through, but apparently not. We ended up having to run inside to get the sauces. We were shorted and egg roll but hadn’t been charged, so we just left it.

I was a bit hesitant to try this place since I read a lot of reviews I didn’t care for. However, I was in the neighborhood and craving something Asian, so I decided to give it a whirl. I must have come at about a prime time, because my experience was pretty good. For the record, it was on a Sunday about 11:30AM or so. Anyhow, staff was friendly and helpful, and no one seemed to be acting out of line, as I’ve read can happen here. Food was also warm and fresh, and didn’t appear that they were out of anything. Place was clean over all (granted, they probably just opened for the day). I dined in, and there were others that followed, and I didn’t notice any difference in the staff from what I experienced when others were ordering, nor from what I could hear from drive thru. There are enough people with complaints against the same issues, so I’m fairly confident there have been consistent issues here and need for improvement, but the above is my honest review from my visit, and it was a decent one. I’ll be back at some point I’m sure, and can always update and/or write another if things are different at that point. But for today, it was pretty good over all.

Food was great! We ate in the store and the tables could have been cleaner. In their defense, they were pretty busy, but they should have someone designated for cleanup after patrons leave.

Fast food Chinese restaurant or better put Americanized Chinese restaurant. Pretty quick pretty simple not bad food they got their chili sauce that is pretty Flippin hot food. I always eat too much when I go there, that’s something I really need to work on. I don’t go there very often but I enjoy it when I do.

The chicken I got was not fully cooked. I ended up with food poisoning and was extremely sick for an entire 24 hours. I have loved Panda for many years and it’s sad to say I won’t eat there again.

When I got to the restaurant I ordered the bigger plate for $10.90 and they just asked if I wanted rice or noodles, they didn’t tell me that I could get half rice and half veggies until I went to pay. The rice was cold, and the root beer was bad. It was kinda expensive for cold food, and bad service.

Every time we come here through the drive thru we order teriyaki chicken, and we ALWAYS have to ask for the teriyaki sauce. They no longer put it on the chicken but rather on the side and it’s NEVER on the side. You would think if you order TERIYAKI chicken you would automatically get teriyaki sauce? And every time we ask for it the employees always give attitude as if we were asking for something extra or that it’s an inconvenience for them.

Food is decent if you can get it fresh (not often). They have the lobby open, but no signs or anything saying you can’t actually dine in, which is frustrating if you think you’re staying. They do have “X”es on the front tables when you walk in, but that’s it. The back tables are not marked. We didn’t really pay attention, and went on my boyfriend’s lunch break, so then had nowhere to actually eat. The staff is hit or miss, not normally too friendly though.
