Chips of what seems to look like pan from what the food was cooked in all over the shrimp and chicken, ordered online and ordered honey sesame chicken but got honey walnut shrimp. Last 2 times we’ve ate here we’ve gotten food poisoning.

I show up 15 minutes til closing . Contingent to inquiring about what items were still available ( being that it was almost closing ) – I was told the main thing I came here for was out BUT the pm manager SHAYLA told me she’d gladly turn one of the friers back on to accommodate my order . NEVER has anyone at ANY Panda Express I’ve visited gone to such lengths to satisfy a customer . Kudos .

I’ve been trying to contact Panda for three days to get reimbursed for the trash they sold me. I bought a L entree of Orange Chicken this past Thursday night. Literally every piece was so hard that the fork wouldn’t pick it up. Tried eating a couple big pieces, not even the big pieces were soft. What a joke. If I wanted to eat a rock I would call my mom.
