They are supposed to close at 8:30 and at 7:45 the kitchen was already closed, they were already washing everything. The raw fried rice, I returned it and they gave me white rice also raw that I also returned; they only offered to write down my name and that when I returned they replenished the dishes but in a bad way. An employee even laughed when I complained. Noodles are more vegetable than noodles.

This location is the only panda express that has bad service. The RUDE guy taking the order rushes you. Forgets half of your order only to find out he didn’t charge you for it. He needs to listen better and stop rushing customers. It’s ALWAYS a wait on orange chicken. I usually come around 1130am, this is the lunch rush. They should be more prepared.

Panda use to be good. They are going down hill real fast. The food is not like it use to be. The food is barely warm when you get it and the dishes taste gummy, like its been sitting there for hours. Don’t waste your time and money. Do better!

Their business model seems to be a two pronged approach that goes like this: “we don’t have that right now” or “sorry, your food isn’t ready yet.” If not for the fact that my kids love the fried chicken with the sugar sauce, I’d probably skip it altogether. To balance the five star review I gave for the beyond chicken… there is not a Panda Express in the city I live in. So when I saw one while traveling, I was SO excited. To have the beyond chicken orange chicken again. I don’t eat meat. I had this dish in 2022 at Panda Express and it was wonderful. I was bummed to see i could not get it at this location and went elsewhere that day. Come to find out they stopped selling it nationwide. Very disappointing, I know a number of people, myself included who went out of their way to go to Panda while they had it. There’s little here for us now 🙁

I had eaten here before and things were fine. Maybe a little pricey for what I received but that’s everywhere. Today I ordered online a family meal (3 entrees) and pulled up to the drive through and was told one of the items wasn’t available but can replace with something else. I go inside and see the dish of what I wanted empty on the line. They state the ingredients are frozen so cannot make another while I wait. They ask if I want to substitute (no offer of anything free or nicer just another choice). Nothing stood out as something my family would like so I got another orange chicken (too sweet for me but others like it). I drove 60 minutes home and open it up and find the Kung Pao I had ordered wasn’t there….. just 3 containers of Orange Chicken! I was so mad I didn’t feel I could call the restaurant. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. So for $40 I ended up with a pre-diabetic meal. Ruined my whole evening.
