Photo of cold, gummy walnut shrimp dumped onto plate. It stayed in the box shape. Sauce was congelling. Normal fresh warm Chinese food would fall and not make you sick! Today was my 1st and last time ever ordering Panda. We ordered the family meal. Not just one, but all five items were bad. Even with allowing the little drive, I have to get it home. it was cold, gummy, dry, and stuck together. It was as if packaged immediately and sitting waiting. It definitely looked like leftovers Chinese, not from today. if it was today, it was from quite earlier. But the biggest problem is, We have been ill ever since eating it. We didn’t eat much and tossed the rest. it is definitely this food. I am on my 3rd trip to as we are calling it now as we run to the restroom… panda poo. I will never go again. I usually give a place a few tries if issues as everyone can have an off day, but not only when the food is terrible but we get sick from the food too… not going to happen.

Glad they build one close by! Very convinient on a busy week, since it’s only the 2 of us, if we don’t have time to cook. I’ve been ordering the plate, which I get a brown rice, beijing beef and orange chicken! Yummy!

They keep the doors closed until noon at times and sit there laughing behind the food counter. When you do eat there, they give you about three pieces of meat and scrape it off so they don’t need to cook more. Bunch of lazy kids. As I’m writing this review, I’ve seen two employees go sit in their cars talking on the phone and vaping while four customers have tried to get in. Almost a half hour past the open time. Place should go out of business.

This Panda Express is just ok. For no apparent reason they close the inside often and during peak hours. If you want the best Panda Express, go to the one in Brookfield on Blue Mound Road.

Very disappointed food tasted okay even though the rice was crispy and looked like it was sitting in the hot well for too long when I went to get a soda the machine leaked all over my hand. They seem to be short handed for staff because they were all working hard and helpful. Very disappointing experience though overall.

We tried the one on Grandview in Waukesha…food was ok but a bit dry. I had the same item (shrimp with walnuts) I tried one in California and the food was so much better than here. A lot of the food items were empty and it was 5ish. Should have been ready for dinner rush. I may give it another try at another time.
